Once your order has been placed, our team will process and prepare your items for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days.

We offer delivery options designed to suit your needs:

Standard Delivery: usually arrives within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Express Delivery: usually arrives within 1 to 2 business days after dispatch, where available.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods, public holidays, courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Return Policy

We want your experience with Rey Living to feel simple, clear and carefully supported.

If for any reason you change your mind about a purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us of your intention to return the item.

Please include:

your order number;

your full name;

the reason for the return;

and photos of the item, where necessary.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide further instructions.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
